I’m Joey, founder of RISE Fitness Solutions. I’m not just a trainer; I’m someone who’s walked the path of transformation and understands the challenges that come with it. My journey in fitness started when I was just a kid, born with several respiratory challenges that left me frequently sick throughout my childhood. After a serious bout of double pneumonia, my father—who had been a trainer himself—decided it was time to start training me. It didn’t take long for me to notice the profound benefits of exercise, sparking a lifelong desire to unlock my full potential. Today, I help others do the same.
With expertise in weight loss, muscle gain, corrective exercise, and pain management, I’ve developed a coaching style that focuses as much on mental resilience as it does on physical strength.
